The Mighty Armory Flare and Expander Reloading Die will flare and expand rifle brass cases for all 30 caliber, including ammo for 300 Blackout, 308 Win and 30-06 Springfield.

The flare shaft offers a silky smooth entry and exit from your case and will not stick the case.

 The flare shaft flares the inside of the case mouth to facilitate easy bullet seating, and precisely expands the inside diameter of the case to your needs, -.003 below bullet diameter.

The Flare Expander die is precision machined from high-grade tool steel with perfect vertical alignment. We then heat treat to over 60 Rockwell hardness; will outlast all others.  The designs are tool-free, ultra tough and meet the demands of lever presses and autodrive presses around the world.

The Mighty Armory Flare Expander Die is an independent station die that fits any press. A locknut is included with each die to ensure you can remove the die and reinstall without having to reset it.
